I'm a data-focused IT and infrastructure professional who helps teams keep systems reliable, understand operational data, and improve user-facing workflows. My background spans technical support, Python analysis, observability tooling, UX research, and practical business problem solving.
My Journey
My path into technology has moved through IT support, UX/UI design, data analysis, and self-directed infrastructure projects. That mix shaped the way I work: I care about reliable systems, clear user experiences, and evidence-backed decisions.
In my current IT support role, I support restaurant teams across locations, help maintain systems that carry sales data, and use operational insights to improve menu and business decisions. Outside of work, I build Python data analysis projects and a homelab monitoring stack with Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Caddy.
